Please wait for a confirmation email/SMS on the availability of your order.

3. Full payment is required before shipment (within 1 day after confirmation from us) for ready stock, 50% for pre-order items. Failure to do so will make the item(s) will be re-listed without prior notice. In special cases, reservation deadlines can be extended.

4. After payment, please email / SMS to notify the payment details (bank/amount/transaction details).

5. For PAYMENT METHOD and DELIVERY refer to the respective sections below.

DELIVERY:

1. Item will be shipped out within 3 working days after payment is received, and a tracking number will be given to the buyer via email or SMS.

2. Postage fee will be charged unless mentioned. We will use Skynet or Pos Laju ONLY.

3. Cash On Delivery (COD) sales will not be entertained. All items will be sent by post, as practiced by normal online transactions.

PRE-ORDER - We will take Orders/Booking, while waiting arrival of items. Orders/Booking will be closed once quota is complete. 1st come 1st served. 50% deposit OR Full Payment is required during booking. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. If items are deemed unavailable a full refund of your paid amount will be done. Please bear in mind and understand, that sometimes items can be delayed in shipment/arrival due to unforeseen circumstances. Updates can be found in the item listing.

SOLD - Already Sold / awaiting re-stock

1. All items sold are brand new or handmade item. Item sold are based on first come first serve. All items are not returnable nor refundable and all sales are final.

2. All prices EXCLUDE delivery charges (unless stated otherwise). The exact amount including postal charges will be informed in confirmation email or SMS.

3. Buyer is responsible for the shipping fees, the amount will be informed by us.

4. Colors for the products displayed online might be slightly different in the final product due to photography and computer settings.

5. We are not liable for any damage/loss due to manhandling during delivery. Items are double-checked for defects, and if there are any, it will be mentioned beforehand. We also will not be responsible if the item do not meet your expectation.

6. Goods sold are not refundable and exchangeable after purchase.

7. New Item sold without warranty. Please read the description of item carefully before proceeding with purchase.

8. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
